Unfortunately we have no way to predict the presence or specific location of wiring in any given RV for installation of a fan-powered roof vent such as the Fan-Tastic Vent 12V model # FV801250.
You may have success by contacting the RV maker with the unit's VIN. Sometimes RV makers will install certain wiring or other features on all production of their RVs in case customers wish to have a local dealership install an optional item. The easiest way to figure out if the fan is 12v or 120v is to try to turn the fan on while you aren't hooked up to shore power. If it turns on without being hooked up to shore power or a generator, then it is a 12 volt fan.
According to all of the owners manuals that I could find in that year range, Keystone used 12 volt fans in their units, including your Raptor.

The tallest ceiling garnish that Fan-Tastic Vent offers is the Ceiling Garnish for Fan-Tastic Vents Roof Vent part # FVK1060-81 for white or part # FVK1060-80 for off-white which are both 6" tall. Fan-Tastic vents, like the Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat # FV802250, all have a 2-year warranty so you're just a bit past it. Normal wear and tear on the vents can lead to vibration and cause the noise you're hearing. Newer vents won't have much play in them and will cut down on the loud noise you're currently experiencing. view full answer...
Fan-Tastic vents do not have replacement circuit boards for their RV roof vents, and the FV6300 is no longer available, so the best we can offer is a new roof vent since yours is acting up. I recommend going with an option that does have available parts that are replaceable just in case an issue occurs again down the road, and for that the best option is from MaxxAir:

The MaxxFan Dome Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # MA00-03812B is capable of moving 200 cubic feet of air per minute. Assuming you have a ceiling height of 8' that would exhaust all the air in a room that is 5' wide by 5' long room every minute. Or for a room that is 8' wide(width of most rv's) and 16' long it would take just over 5 minutes to exhaust all the air(1,024 cubic feet) in that room. Due to the design of the lid on the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Thermostat # MA00-05100K you really won't get much light passing through if any on your trailer.

If you are looking to replace an entire vent assembly the most common cut out dimensions are 14-1/4" x 14-1/4". As to not disturb the roof sealant you can remove the inner garnish on the vent from inside your 2018 Forest River Sunseeker. You will be able to see the opening with the garnish trim removed. You will also want to determine the thickness of your ceiling to ensure if the new vent includes a new garnish that it is tall enough to fit your Sunseeker.

There isn't an LED kit for the Ventline Vanair Trailer Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # VP-543SP but the MaxxFan Dome Plus Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan Item # MA00-03810W comes with an LED light in the bottom ring of the vent. The Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Remote - Powered Lift, # FV807350 has a knob on vent housing allowing it to be operated by hand in case of power failure and this also allows for manual positioning. Opening with the remote will cause the vent lid to go to a fully open or a fully closed position. Per the Tech at Dometic, for a partially open position, you will need to use the remote to open the vent lid then retract to your desired positioning using the hand crank knob.

The standard rough opening for a roof vent is 14-1/4 x 14-1/4, which is what you should have on your Casita Spirit Deluxe.
Fantastic describes all their vent fans as high profile, but when closed they only sit 4-1/4 inches above the surface of the roof which is pretty typical for a powered vent fan, so 'high' is a relative term.
